Initial Consultation

This is the starting point for new clients. The initial consultation consists of two appointments - The Discovery Session and the Personalized Plan Review Session. 

Follow-Up Consultations

This time allows our team to celebrate the successes you experienced implementing your personalized nutrition plan while also supporting you with any challenges you may have experienced. We can then make modifications to your plan as needed. Follow-up consultations are also a great time to monitor the progress you have made toward your health goals!

Packages

We have found that the key to success is regular follow-up consultations. Change takes time and support is usually needed along the way. We offer a variety of packages to fit your needs. 

Specialty Packages

Based on our specialties, we offer packages designed to fit specialized needs:

  • Pre- and Post-Surgery Nutrition Care: For those who will be having a hysterectomy and/or oophorectomy

  • "Mood Before Food" Program: A unique approach for the management of general mood disorders, such as anxiety or depression using amino acid therapy.
