Mood Before Food

$1140
If you experience symptoms of depression, anxiety, or sleep disturbances or have been medically diagnosed with one of these conditions, this program may be ideal for you.
This program begins by supporting mood and sleep through amino acid therapy. Thereafter, the focus will shift toward food by providing a personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan to further support mood and sleep.
Mood: The program starts with a 30-minute consultation during which time Dr. Ross completes a detailed review of your symptoms, goals, and health history. The results of this review will inform the requirements of the second consultation, the amino acid nutrient trialing, a feature unique to this program. A trialing kit is mailed to you in advance of the consultation. Upon completion of these visits, Dr. Ross will provide a personalized amino acid nutrient therapy protocol to support your mood and sleep.
Amino acids are generally a fast-acting nutrient therapy. During the first month, you will meet with Dr. Ross up to six (6) times for 15 minutes to monitor your progress and to allow for any adjustments in your protocol, as needed. She’ll continue to monitor your progress through the remainder of this 3-month program, with an additional four (4) visits.
Food: Equipped with mood stabilization and improved sleep, it’s time to focus on your nutrition and lifestyle. In month two, Dr. Ross or one of her team members will conduct a 60-minute nutrition-focused consultation and provide personalized dietary and lifestyle recommendations. We’ll continue to meet for four (4) 30-minute sessions, solely focusing on food and lifestyle modifications in support of sustained mood, sleep, and health improvements.
